Hi – I would like to obtain this software for three different websites. Do I need to purchase the $245 Agency Lifetime Plan, or 3 x $97 deal? I am not clear of the difference between an “Agent” and a “Subaccount”.

As per my understanding of this deal, I recommend you purchase a $245 agency deal. With this pack, you will be able to use the software on 10 different websites, not just 3. Also, you can resell those 7 left sub-accounts to your clients or anybody else.
Agent means the available seats or users. For example, if you buy one $97 deal, you will get 1 agent or seat while if you purchase a $245 plan, you will get 10 agents or seats. Out of these 10 seats, one will have admin access and the other 9 can be used as clients under Subaccounts. Subaccount means a separate account for a client that won’t be visible or accessible by any other clients or users, except you, the owner.
