As for installing Ubuntu, both types of servers support it. However, there are some differences in how it can be installed. Pre-installed versions of Ubuntu are available on VPS-VZ, whereas any latest version of the OS can be installed on VDS.
Q: We will get root access of the server? Will their be any limits on connection ports?
A: We offer full root access for both our VPS/VDS servers and we don’t block any connection ports. This means that you can install any software you need on your server.

Q: Where are your servers located?
A: VPS services are located in the Netherlands, Russia and Ukraine, VDS – in the Netherlands and Ukraine. The location should become available again after the setup of a new node or if there is free space on the server. A: Despite facing difficult situations, we have managed to maintain a 99.97% uptime for our servers. We have moved all our servers to secure data centers within the country, with our capital being one of the most well-protected cities against air attacks worldwide. Additionally, all of our infrastructure is duplicated on servers located in the Netherlands. While we cannot predict the future, we are confident that our measures will ensure sustainable operations regardless of any challenges faced in Ukraine.
Q: How long do you plan to offer the lifetime deal and how will it impact the sustainability of your business in the long run?
A: While we do offer lifetime plans as an option, they only make up a small portion of our core hosting and recurring virtual server services. Our business model does not heavily rely on these plans, so the percentage of resources dedicated to their maintenance is negligible. As for their availability, we cannot say for certain how long they will be offered as they are subject to change at any time.
