Can I lock my note app?
We offer passcode lock as a premium feature. On mobile, you can set a passcode on the settings screen. When enabled, you will need to enter your passcode every time you open the app. On desktop, you can lock the app by clicking the lock icon on the top right of the note window and unlock by your login password.
Can my premium license be used for all devices?
Yes, you only need to pay once and sync it across all your devices. Just sign in to your UpNote account to sync your premium.
How do I change from monthly subscription to life-time upgrade?
You may change from monthly subscription to life-time upgrade from the Premium screen (go to Settings → Premium). The app will first ask you to cancel your existing subscription to avoid being double charged, and then it will let you buy a lifetime upgrade.
How long does my lifetime plan last? Does it really mean “lifetime”?
We will honor the lifetime license. Even in the case we need to switch to fully subscription model, our lifetime premium users won’t be affected and will enjoy all the upcoming feature updates and benefits without extra charges.
